Agro-industrial plantation is located in the village of Preng Thom and Rovdouro commune, Chorm Ksan district, Preah Vihear province.   - The Office of the Council of Ministers' Letter No. 977, dated 9 August 2011, agreed with the Ministry of Environment's request by allowing Cambodia's companies to invest in the field of agro-industrial processing on the total area 9,237 hectares for the past 70 years in the Kulen Promtep Wildlife Sanctuary in Preah Vihear Province.          
- According to the sub-decree Nº 206 on September 7, 2011, the Royal Government of Cambodia has set a management zone in the area of ​​Kulen Prabhupteep on a total area of ​​9,237 hectares to be a sustainable use zone. Sub-zone 3 covers an area of ​​2,000 hectares, which takes four years to complete the cultivation (2022-2025).
